help me pimp my ride

hey guys

heres the deal, i want a deep tone exhaust and couldnt decide, can you guys let me hear what you guys think has the nicest deepest tone? also along with that in mind if u can consider what i have in my car already and if u can help me match up w/ a good deep tone exhaust, maybe upgrade my current intake? i live in boston, ma, i want what is best considering the cold weather we have here most of the time, plus i want new rims, i got 2 sets of factory rims, i want to rid them and get better rims, what brand do you guys recommend with what tires from experience? i was looking into michelin.

i have a 3rd stage clutch, dc ceramic headers, aem CAI (since 2002 though should i upgrade?) and FACTORY exhaust, ive been listening to the tones on youtube and everything but i just would like to hear you guys on it, also i bought a short shifter today from PSPEC, what do you guys think i should add on for a more powerful ride besides a turbo?

I don't know much about other exhaust's but I personally really like my WS2. I don't think it's all that deep (so you might not like it) but what I like about it is that it's a good middle between annoying loud and stock quiet, I think it's just right. I have a youtube of my exhaust YouTube - Apexi WS2 cat back on Prelude the video quality is kinda crappy and I was still breaking it in but I guess it'll give you an idea. The only other thing why you might not want the WS2 is cause its not full stainless steel, only the muffler is stainless steel and if you get snow and salt it could rust. As for more upgrades for hp I'm really not an expert by any means I'm sure other people on this site will point you in the right direction; What about upgrading your ECU? That would help. Good luck

i have the mugen twin loop i like the way it sounds but then again as long as it doesnt sound like a weed eater to me its good, lol but seriously its really quiet at idle but has a nice tone while driving.

I have the Greddy EVO2, it has a really nice deep sound to it IMO. It sounds a little quiet at first but after a week it has such a nice deep tone and gets to a perfect level of loudness. Not rice, just perfect!

Check out the Tanabe Super Medallion Hyper! Deep and nice tone. If you have the patience, you can wait for a Greddy SP2 to come up around the forums or something. Those are nicely welded, and strong stainless steel to handle the cold weather. Not to mention it has one of the best sounds for the Prelude next to the Mugen Twin loop IMO.

You've got it all wrong. You don't have any Monitors?!?!?! Monitors everywhere is what you need! No one cares about engine work, only about Monitors...!

No problem, bro!
Wait, Ultra or Hyper? I thought you liked the Hyper

YouTube - Tanabe Hyper Medallion exhaust
Tanabe Racing Development, USA - Super Medalion Hyper

ViS makes nice CF hoods, I believe. I'm sure lots of people have them.
