Help me identify this windshield wiper part

Hey guys I need help identifying this windshield wiper part/washer thingy (don't know what its called). I have attached a photo of the part that is broken in my wiper assembly, and circled it in red. I believe that it is the white washer type thingy that is causing the problem as it is missing a piece from it. I read online that its parts 8 and 9 from Majestic Honda~link Honda Automotive Parts , but I'm getting mixed responses online of which part number it is. I really need this fixed as its starting to rain in Southern Cali and my wipers are constantly hitting each other/going off the windshield. Thank you in advance.

~EDIT-To clarify the driver side hits the passenger when they go down not when they go up, and only the driver side hits/goes off the windshield on the upswing.

You can't buy those separate, you have to buy the rod linkages, buy both and replace 1 at a time so you don't mess up the timing and the blades don't hit one another when you turn on the wipers.

Majestic Honda sells each part individually....I'm just not 100% positive if its parts #8 and 9....or something else.

You either need rod A or B or both. It's usually rod A since it's the first one attached to the motor and therefore absorbs the most pressure. Look to see which bushings are broken and get the appropriate rod by looking at the diagram and comparing to your linkages. You have to take the whole assembly out. I just did this two weeks ago. Also, check your local Honda dealer - they keep them in stock because they're also used on mid-90's Accords and it's a common replacement item. Usually cheaper anyway by the time Majestic adds handling and shipping plus you don't have to wait or send it back if you get the wrong one, blah, blah, blah...

Ah I see, thx guys. I'll buy both Rod A and B and whichever one is the culprit I'll use and just send the other one back for a refund or just ebay it.
