HELP...im misfiring - Honda Prelude Forum

aite like it says guys im misfiring. well i had to go to a referee today to get my ticket signed off. i didnt know but 2000-2001 ludes with dc headers is illegal and it doesnt pass smog although it has a carb#. the guy called ARB (air resources board-18002424450). and they had told him that 2000 preludes dont pass with dc headers. but when i took my smog test they had told me that cylinder 2 & 4 is misfiring and also my idel control system malfuction was detected. i dont know what to do about this and also what can i do to fix this problem, i need to take some papers to court to show that my car is emissions legal. need help asap

cap/rotor/plugs

If that doesn't help wires.
