Help!!! idling/high revs intake manifold!!!

ok I just recently installed a sk2 intake manifold on my car, and it was idling like crazy, so I decided to take out the sk2 IM and put back the original!!!! Now with replacing it,when I start up my car it hits at 5500 rpm and back down over and over again.... Keep in mind my car has a greddy turbo set up with a greddy emange!!! Car was tuned with stock IM, not with sk2, reason why I took out the sk2 is because I wouldnt of been able to pass aircare!!! So do you guys think I messed up my ecu to the tune when I replaced then switch back???? Help please!!!
