Appears to be the oem lip with some home depot rubber stripping (probally 3m taped) to the bottom

Yeah, all it is is rubber stripping from home depot that is stuck/screwed onto the bottom of the OEM lip. google/search on here "home depot lip". I'll see if i can find something more on it too for you.

yup first car is 97nordicmist car, he sold me the oem lip with the depo lip so my lude is rocking that lip
