Help with gauges

I have just recently purchased a 1998 Honda Prelude Type Sh. The stock gauges have been replaced with white faced gauges (I didn't do this) and most of them don't work. The temp gauge is dead, and the speedometer is 10 miles off even after I adjusted the needle. Any suggestions or links to similar threads would be much appreciated. Thanks!

either the guages are preventing the needles from spinning freely, or they are truly fuxored. You may have to get a new cluster (worst case scenario).

Thanks

Thanks alot for the help everyone, it looks like I'm going to have to just get a new cluster. I tried to move the needles, but even they are still definitely off and the temp gauge refuses to work (I need that). Any suggestions as to where I can get an affordable gauge cluster?
