Provided that the guy REALLY is selling an identical kit, there's nothing you can do. You can tell him to take the pic of your car down but what's that going to do?
I saw a picture of the front of my previous 1997 silver Prelude on an eBay auction selling Prelude front lips. From memory, I think they were replicas. The photo was probably pinched from my web ****e, but I sort of felt honoured that he/she used my car. I considered sending a message asking if the picture was of one the front lips which was being sold. If the response was a yes, I would have may have responded saying don’t talk poo and simultaneously reported the lie to eBay. I decided to leave it as it wasn’t doing me any harm but it would have been nice for them to ask before hand (I wouldn’t have said no).
