Help to disconnect window-operation

How to disconnect the console on the driver side, where you operate window and mirror. What do you call this part ?? I've taken a screw, but I think there is one more, I cant find. Thanks.

Here is the passenger door, same disconnects. Are you talking about the SUB-SWITCH ASSY., POWER WINDOW?

i can't remember how many screws there are but i think there was more than just 1.

did you take the screw out of the cup thing?

wait, did you take the entire door panel off the car? i have to go look for my old pieces so i can count how many screws there were. i think at least 3 though.

I've taken the screw of the cop holder yes..

I didn't take the door panel.

My point is to re-paint this one, because it's ugly now..
