HELP, Changed cap and rotor now car wont start

Really need some help on this one. I've triple checked the connections and even tried swapping back in the old cap and then rotor. Car was running before this. Getting a CEL of 15 IGM Ignition Output Signal.

Before this I had the timing belt replaced cuz it came loose. Had a pro shop do the install. When they were done they said it was throwing a CEL of Crank Position Sensor. They checked the sensor and said it was fine and said it must have something to do with the distributer. The car was running ok after that but it would smoke randomly and throw that CEL which would clear itself after starting it back up. I didnt drive it much after that and then stored it for the winter.

Now that winter is over I decided to start by at least changing the cap and rotor since I was overdue for that anyway. Now the car wont start. It turns over just fine but no ignition. I took the car out for a couple drives last week and it was fine but still had the CEL coming on radomly after running a while and some smoke here and there as well. Smelled like unburnt fuel

If you havent already you need to take care of your ignition recall for your 5th gen. Contact your local honda dealership and give them your vin# - if the recall hasnt been done, then at least the ignition situation will be taken care of free of charge.
