i think the only think u can do is to drill the piece of the bolt out and get a new one and not tighten it that much next time

In more ways then one! Drill the old screw out first then head down to your local Honda dealer for a new one.

Easiest way would be if you have a Dremel. Using a grinding bit, make a straight bladed screw head on exposed end of the screw shaft and then use a straight bladed screw driver on the shaft to unscrew it. Drilling i out with a drill is another way but it will probably be more frustrating. Will need a drill bit slightly smaller than the broken off shaft to drill out the broken piece. Use a magnet to get all the debris out of hole if you're drilling it.

Remeber that when you snap the head off of a bolt, the bolt is no longer under tension. One trick is to take a small enough point and hammer and start tapping the screw out. What you're doing is making the broken off bolt back out by tapping the bolt so that it starts turning in the counter clockwise direction (hope this is clear). Given enough time, you should be able to expose enough threads and just twist out w/ your hands.

wow ExiledinIN i havent done the header to my car yet and ive heard about the bolts braking and im glad to hear that i can do that to tap it out. I never heard of doing it that way but i did use that method when removing door lock catchers when im painting door jams.

No, you put it on the top of the broken part, Think of the point as a finger and what your trying to do it turn the top of the screw till it backs out enough. It's an old tool maker's trick that someone told me about to get out screws. It just requires a lot of patience.
