Which Helms Manual do I want?

Helms Prelude Shop Manual or Helms Prelude Service Manual

One is 4 bucks cheaper than the other.. Description is the same.

isn't it if you have a 97-98 you get the shop and 99-01 you get the service?

Get the service manual. I dont know what the difference is between them but mine says 1997-1999 service manual on it. I dont know about the later years though.

the 00-01 suppliments are useless. It is literally only 30ish pages. Mostly reiterates the specs of the car, as well as the optional colors.

The Service/Shop Manuals are pretty much the same from year to year. There are some technical differences. Contact Helm (800#) and they will tell you which is the correct edition.
