Okay, my heating and A/C only blows from the front vents, if I hit the windshield button or the blow on feet button it still only comes out of the front vents. I replaced the entire unit with a friends and the problem continues. Any Ideas or help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, PS I havent checked any fuses because as far as i can tell there are no fuses for the unit. Thank You.

well to change the vents it not electrical, its mechinical. When you changed to your friends did you replace the little metal cord that opens and closes the vents?
