Heater Control Panel Illunimation

Afternoon all, new on here so bear with me, i have a 2000 model Prelude (UK spec) 2.2 VTi, i have a couple of issues with the car at the moment, the first being the heater control panel illumination has gone, i assume it's a blown bulb/s but how do i get to them to replace it/them?

Also the four wheel steer warning light has come on and the four wheel steer system is no longer working, i have owned the car for 6 years now and this is the first time this has happened, is this a fault with the system or is there an easy fix, i removed the clock/radio fuse as i saw that listed on here as a probable cause but all that done was remove the radio preset memory and the clock stayed the same. After refitting the fuse the steer light was still on.
I know this is a probable fix on the previous model Prelude, but obviously not for mine. Stumped!!!
Any help would be appreciated.

Bob.

Do the VTIs have the digital climate control or the normal one?

Here is a write up of the best way to do the led conversion to the climate control.
While you may not want to do this the write up has pics and instructions on how to remove the climate control from the vehicle so you can change the bulbs.
Writeup: LED Climate Control - Preludepower.com
Hope this helps.
