headlight retrofit help

hey guys,
I'm trying to retrofit a pair of 5g headlights i have sitting around. just a little project i've been wanting to do to keep me busy. I've seen alot of Brian's work a.k.a. Prelude1897 and i absolutley love it. So i wanna put my skills to the test, not that i have much in this area. I wanna know where i should start with the lights. I like the TSX setup and i've also seen lights with TL projectors that i also like. i wanna add HIDs also. Anyone out there who can help and give some advice? i would just get Prelude1897 to do it if i had the money, so thats why i'm giving it a shot.
ballasts? Shrouds? bulbs? anything else im missing that im guna need?
any help or advice will be much apprieciated.

True..... but it's 100% worth it. Bi xenon is harder for a first attempt but the HID high beam is the best I've ever seen at night.

If you want to try it I and probably Brain would tell you to start with a TSX retrofit. I myself have mecedes E55 retrofits done by brian, he does good work. I love my bi xenons.

yes, there's more cutting and adjusting that needs to be done when using Bi-xenon projectors

Like Brian said a lot more cutting to make them fit.
You usually lose the ability to use the stock aim adjusters. It's ok though Brain made little screw adjusters, they work just as good.

Someone does them for fifth gens on one of the forums, I saw the thread on prelude power or something. Try searching this site for led tail lights.
