when i use my high beams one does not come on checked fuses checked wiring, and relay, everything seems to be working except the light. Before you asked i changed the buld to. Anyone have an idea where to look next.

It's the harness/connector. Swap the white connector with the other side and see what happens.

If you swapped the actual white piece and nothing changed (the same side highbeam didn't work), then your problem is wiring.
