I have a 97 prelude SH and have a few question on headers. Ceramic,chrome or stainless steal? 1 piece or 2? Best mid-grade brand? Not looking for cheap ****. And do they make on that is beneficial for low and top end?

yes you can modify base 5th gen aftermarket headers, yes you take them to an exhaust shop
