header identification?

Can anyone identify the brand of these headers? Some dude near by is selling them for almost nothing and they look decent, also have a 2.5 collector.

Honestly?

I wouldn't spend the cash on an unknown. You've really got no idea whether or not you'll pick up any power at all. The stock manifold, being a tubular design, is actually a well engineered piece.
