I haven't done this, but I just helped a friend out with doing his on a 90 Integra 4dr. The winshield itself (from Acura) cost $620! This is with the rear heater and no antenna. Somehow I doubt that aftermarket will make the rear glass just due to the antenna, but I haven't checked. I would go out expecting to pay about $700-$800.

I had mine replaced when a racist kid in school decided to shoot through my windshield. It was $650 and he just took off the broken pieces of glass off of the antenna and glued it onto the new one. That kid's gonna get it..

Mine was replaced earlier this year for 550, somehow it was mysteriously shattered at the shop. No one broke in, it honestly looked like someone hit it with their hand, because the window was still intact. Anyway, their you go- it was done through insurance, 500 dollar deductible... my ass still hurts.
