H22A4 to H22A

Just did a swap from the A4 to the A and got everything wired up and connected. But there is no spark coming from any of the plugs. I have the distributor from the A4 on the block now. Do I need to get the distributor from the JDM block? I have both distributors, but I'm not sure if either one is in working conditions. Any help would be appreciated.

I can't try the JDM distributor without cutting some wires so the plugs work

If you want to use the H22a4 distributor you had to either A) change the oil pump to the a4 as well as the sensors that mount on it or B) you can use the h22a distributor and purchase the rywire conversion harness.
