H22A into a Type-SH Questions????

I searched and didn't find the answer to this specific question so figured i'd give it a try.
A local shop has an H22A JDM engine fully built, everything brand new for sale.
My car is an SH, and i want to keep the ATTS (all the threads i saw were on how to convert an SH to Base while doing the swap.
I know the oil filter is dead center on the engine for sale and that on SHs like mine it is offset to the left and higher to make room for the ATTS unit.
1. I believe a Jackson Racing oil filter relocation kit, like the one you have to use when you JRSC an SH will solve the oil filter location problem, correct???
2. Once the oil filter is relocated, will my SH tranny bolt right up to this particular block (holes in same place??)
3. Has anyone pulled this off or has it all been replace with a TYPE-S engine or convert to base tranny in this situation??

Thank You :-)

To keep ATTS, you must keep the SH transmission. To keep the SH transmission, you need a custom machined adapter plate because it is NOT a direct bolt up to a stock block. I believe there is even an auto cad file floating around somewhere, but as with anything custom, its not going to be cheap.
