I know the 4th gen JDM H22A had an available auto tranny w/LSD. Does anyone know if this would be compatible with an H22A4 SS lude? Would you be able to still use the SS function with this tranny?

No, it is unlikely that the transmission computer on a 5th gen will be able to communicate with it, and unlikely that the 5th gen ECU and 4th gen tranny computer will play nice.
You might be able to get everything working with an auto p13 and 4th gen trans computer.
