I have H&R sports with Neuspeed Koni Yellows. All I can say is this is the best investment I ever made so far. The ride is a little stiffer then stock which is expected but overall I'm very pleased. The only complaint I have is the ride is not even. H&R said its 1.4in drop all around but for some reason the rear of my car seem lower then the front.

I have H&Rs on stocks and drive in the winter down to -25C or below, brrrr. Anyways, the ride is alright but when it is really cold, the ride is harsh. In the summer time, it is pretty good, just a bit more stiff than stock and a bit more bouncy.

I have a front lip so I do plow some snow at times but nothing too bad.

Personally, I would get GCs and Konis.
