grill panel thinggy!

ok... i have 98 prelude.. and have that straight line side way looking grill panel... anyone where i can get it replaced with the newer degisn (criss-crossed one)? and how much? or anyone willing to TRADE? LoL

Besides the obvious (ie. your local dealer), you can try ebay or hparts.com.

I've never seen one pop on Ebay for the past year or 2 and can only assume it doesn't pop up often, if at all, since there's no aftermarket replacement to prompt a 99+ owner to remove their mesh-style grill. To get one through the dealer will cost $80+! I only got mine for my '98 because I got into an accident and had the body shop get the newer grill at the insurance company's expense (suckers! )

Yeah...I bought mine off someone from this board... can't beat 40 bucks shipped.

find someone that is willing to trade .... i already have asked 2 peeps if they wanted to trade and they said hell ya they want mines which is off a 98 the straight line but i have had second thoughts the smooth lines look good and i wanna go for the clean look no emlems or stickers so the grill i have is good ..... i wouldn't pay for it tho just ask around

I bought mine from www.hparts.com for $80 and then the prelude logo is $20 which i didn;t get

I traded with a guy... my lines for his cross hatch one... with the prelude logo... even trade.. cost me 6$ to ship it... -=)

I also have a 98!
I just went to the dealer and forked over 100 bucks and called it good. I really don't think many people notice or care but I like it everytime I see the front of my car.
