Grill options

So I have a 98 lude base and I was wondering why some have the honeycomb grill and like mine just a plain one with no prelude emblem on it? I want to get one with the emblem on it because I think it looks much nicer anyone know where I can pick one up really cheap, thanks!

you don't have the honeycomb grille because your Lude is a base model. I believe the honeycomb grille was available only on 99-01 ludes.

97-98 all models had the louver grille.
99-01 all models had the honeycomb grille.

What?

It doesn't matter Base or SH it matters what year it is.

97-98 was one style like the OP has. 99-01 was the Honeycomb style with the PRELUDE emblem in is like others who know something posted after you. That is here in the USA anyways.

There was a JDM gunmetal colored honeycomb style one overseas.

I just picked this up today HONDA PRELUDE MESH GRILLE GRILL INSERTS 97-01 98 99 00 | eBay

Just wire-ties onto the original grille. Cheap way to change up the look. I'm sure you could glue a "Prelude" Emblem onto it.

I don't have a link. It's the same thing you purchased plus the covers for below the blinkers (where fog lights go).
