both very clean exhausts. are the gain the same for both of them? low to mid range power? is there any high end gain? looks like the WS's can is bigger but the tip on the SP is bigger ?? both look the same to me? which one is more shiny? hahha

The SP should make more power, it supposedly has a straight-through muffler. The WS does not.

Well GReddy shows their muffler design on their site and its advertised as straight-through. The Apexi WS is definately not straight-through, its common knowledge...you cant have a straight through muffler and a virtually OEM exhaust note.

mike,
what do u mean by straight thru design?

my WS - i cant tell gains coz i have not dynoed or anything but the only thing is i feel it is stronger in the low and mid range.
at highway- it is not bothersome - not loud but deep feeling though.

I have to agree with the feeling gains. I posted that when I first put my WS on as well. Something about the car feels much more driveable them my Thermal did. Hard to say what but at below VTEC the car feels better. After VTEC if I lost anything it was as noticable as the gains felt underneath. To me gaining some low and not losing as much on top seems to make me feel like I made a good choice

its a hugh muffler. if you look through the can u can see its straight through. there is a baffle on the sides but the tip goes straight through to the piping. thats y its so loud and deep. but ive only driven it once so i need to kkeep doing it

Ive had both and from a looks standpoint, I would go with the Evo. You will see similar gains in both the Evo and toe SP but I just didnt like how large the SP muffler was. Thats just my 2 cents.

i think i'll just get the sp, im kind of sick of all these loud exhausts. now i just want something quiet and deep. although i like the n1 still for some odd reason i know the n1 is cheaper than the sp. i dunno i'll give it more thinking.
