Greddy evo1 exhaust ticket!!

Hi I got pull over yesterday in cali for having aftermarket exhaust which is Greddy evo1. I explain to cop that is 50 state legal but seem like he dont care and issue me a ticket. I search on the PO and found some thread about it but still have some question, anyone can help me out??

Some one say can go ref. station to get free test for sound?? is that true??

If you want, I have this certificate that says that it is California legal, its wierd cause it came with my car, but I don't have that exhaust on my car XD... I'll get a pic of it tomorrow.

i like cali and all, but it's such a nanny state.

seriously, if i can't stick my head in, it's not an exhaust.

seriously!??? if the tip is larger than OEM specs it's illegal!?

that makes no sense... i'm in atlanta so I don't know **** about cali laws... but that just seems fishy.

IMO

I would go to court and bring the 50 state legal slip and talk to the judge.

if that fails contact the exhaust makers and see what the deal is... i mean it IS advertised as 50state legal... idk man, best of luck
