Great Find! Getting opinions

I found a great deal on some parts and i want to get a second opinion before i give the guy the money. here is what i found for $800 shipped!

-H22 Skunk2 Stage 1 Tuner Camshafts SK2-305-05-0200 brand new
-H22 Skunk2 DOHC Tuner Series Cam Gears - Blue SK2-304-05-0210 brand new
-H22 Skunk2 Pro Dual Valve Spring Set SK2-310-05-2535 brand new
-H22 Skunk2 Titanium Retainers SK2-308-05-0300 brand new
-H22 Skunk2 DOHC VTEC Forged Valve Set SK2-310-05-2350 brand new
-Type S head with less than 20,000 miles on it to build it on

I thought it was a good idea because my motor has over 200,000k on it and i wouldnt know when it would give so i might as well start building a new head. Is this a good deal for all this or should i just pass up the deal. I have no friends that drive a prelude so the only way i can get a second opinion on things is on here.
Thanks guys!

Seems like a great deal unless those parts aren't in working condition. are they used? If so how many miles

It says brand new next to all items but the head, which has 20k. This sounds like a good bundle but what are you planning to do? It seems kind of pointless to put a built head onto a stock block but that's just me being pessimistic I assume.

i actually just got done talking to the guy and he said that the valves are brand new and all the head parts have right over 5000 miles on them and the head, as stated, has 200k.
i found a great deal and got excited to hop on it, i didnt really think about my block. What do you suggest i do if i bought the head and all the head parts. what kind of gains would i be looking at?
I never really plan to doing to motor work and just stick to only bolt ons but as a person, if i find a good deal, i'll always hop on it lol
thank you for the help lilbill and chase97!

parts located in colorado? if so i think i know the guy selling them and IIRC the cams are
turbo tuner cams. But i think its a good deal anyways.

What ive seen the parts go for:
H22 Skunk2 Stage 1 Tuner Camshafts SK2-305-05-0200 300+
-H22 Skunk2 DOHC Tuner Series Cam Gears - Blue SK2-304-05-0210 180-230
-H22 Skunk2 Pro Dual Valve Spring Set SK2-310-05-2535 brand new 200-250
-H22 Skunk2 Titanium Retainers SK2-308-05-0300 brand new 200-250
-H22 Skunk2 DOHC VTEC Forged Valve Set SK2-310-05-2350 brand new 200-250
-Type S head with less than 20,000 miles on it to build it on 200+

Is the head assembled with all the parts? You will see gains from running more aggressive cams.

But would running more aggressive cams really make a difference with a stock block? I mean yeah, you'd be upping the length of time the valves are opened but do you really need them open any longer than normal? I guess it would help a lot on the exhaust side but on the intake side it seems it would only be letting more air into the cylinder. Just my thoughts on upgrading cams with a stock block, I may be incorrect though.

according to the skunk2 website, the pro 1s made 192 hp with basic bolt ons. Not sure what basic bolt ons means, probably a header, intake, and exhaust.

My guesstimate is , stock h22 are around 150 hp, 8 for the header, 2 for exhaust
and 5 from the cai. So 27 coming from the cam upgrade.
