you can run stock valve train with stage I cams. But if I were you, I would just replace the valve trains as well, since engine is open already. But that's just my opinion, and if you want to run stage II, you should definitly change valve train.

yea...
i was disappointed with some of the Crower products....
Like when they sent me a B16A part in a H22A box
good thing I checked before install

There was also another part....that I used....... and it grinded the hell out of my valve cover.

I won't say what these parts are but they did resolve it. Which I'm happy for
