Nope, it's most likely going to be totaled.

Most likely?

There's easily 3x the car's worth in damage there.

Cars have been totalled out for far less.

I'm sorry buddy but not only are you looking at serious frame damage and very serious rear suspension damage, but even if it wasn't just a matter of value, the damage itself may not be fixable in the end.

What happened exactly?

Any time the rear quarter has serious damage it's considered totaled, it's not a panel that is easily replaced.

Try 7-8k for just a new skin and some hammering to straighten the frame, closer to 10-12k if you'd want it done properly with a new clip and everything.

Sorry I haven't got back to some of your questions, I've just been really down lately after the whole incident..so i got a couple more days until i find out from my insurance what they want to do, so I'll update you guys on that. And yes i was in the car, i was just being stupid and thought i could make a quick turn and didn't end up seeing the other car coming and you guys can see what happened from the picture...i think this might be it for me, maybe time for a sedan or something ahaha

It's a damn shame, looks like it was a very clean unmolested Lude. How long had you owned it?
