Gauge Cluster Question.

Dont ask why...but heres a question regarding the gauge cluster.

Will a SS gauge cluster work on a 5 speed?
I searched and found swaps from 5 speed Gauges to SS and its plug and play correct?

How about the other way around?

i think it should work, the ss gauge cluster just adds in the lil shifter thing.. and u dont have a plug for that so it should work...

also remember, the right side portion of the gauge cluster is the same so u can take that side and swap it out to keep ur mileage

What about the needle calibration. SS tach is only half a circle, while 5spd is full circle. I'll be suprise if it works. Let us know.

The needle calibration will be fine. I went from auto to manual cluster with no ill effects. The only thing you will be missing is a plug for the Gear select indicator. Just plug the other two in and you're all set.
