Preludes (in good condition) are hard to find everywhere, which somewhat adds to their 'cool' value.
I may be incorrect about this since I do not know about the AT in the prelude, but I would say if the RPM is stay low and then boost up, that would NOT be the transmission. Usually when a transmission slips, the RPM go up until the tranny finally shifts. Just my thoughts I really don't know.
What I meant by fuel and spark is:
Plugs, Wires, Coil, Distributor/Rotor, Fuel Filter, Fuel Pump, Injectors ect.
Does it ever do it in neutral? Try going WOT (Wide Open Throttle) in neutral.

The Rpm's stay low then boost up, they don;t surge or anything like that. We checked the fluid and we noticed it was filled up too much, could that also be a problem? We can change the sparks later this week and see what happens. Fuel not a problem we always use Exxon the highest quality gas in it.
