gap inbetween rear oem skirt and bumper

Hi, do you people with the rear OEM skirt installed see a gap inbetween the bumper and the lip? I do it's like a couple mm and if you shine a light to it, you can see the inside of the bumper... should i just remove the bumper and push the skirt in tighter and screw it in tighter or is this normal? thx!

Front lip: used from someone on hp.com (discon)
Side skirt: new from my local honda (last one in Canada in San Marino)
Rear skirt: new from hparts.com when they had that mad sale, it was the ugly green and I got it painted my color (funny thing is that it was cheaper to get that from hparts ($80USD shipped to my friend's house in LA), then have her Fedex it up to Canada to me ($40USD) and have it painted ($95USD) = $215USD = $345CND and it would have cost $650 to get it new at my local dealership!!! I gotta move out of this insane country!!!
All I can say is that OEM pieces are RARE, get them while you still can cause soon there'll be none left if it's not too late already...

I have that gap too..but it doesn't bother me much... i agree with masamune.... double sided sticky tape should do the trick.
