I hit a big pile of snow and my passenger side OEM side skirt is in a gazillion pieces...do I really have to purchase another pair of side skirts to just replace that one?!?!
ironically the dealership fuked my passenger side up yesterday, I am planning on buying new pair from Handaaccessoris.com, would u be interesetd in mine? it's EBP, but u can have it painted, I'll sell just one to u, lemme know.
But in most cases ur gonna have to buy 2, not if u buy from me

Originally posted by SK Honda 7 I think they do. You just gotta find them. I think a few online places still have them, but they are kinda pricey right now.
I'm surprised it shattared. I thought it was plastic. I can undertand crack or bend but ... shatter
lol...it is too painful to look at
I tried so many dealerships to just try to replace the passenger side skirt but they all say that Honda discontinued them. Oh well...I guess I have to buy another pair from handa-accessories...
Qiao: If you hit a pile of snow as your saying it cant be that bad in pieces unless your kit is fiberglass
or you possibly hit ice instead, urethane doesnt crack that easy bro..

Exectly what i said. How can it shatter. May be he just exaturated a bit. But to shatter it you gotta hit it hard and pretty fast too. I dunno i think we all need a better explanation of pictures.

^^ ditto....you've gotta buy them in pairs....an even that'll only happen if you can actually find one I think we need some pics too....either it's not actually shattered or you aren't really explaining well what you hit an how fast you were going :: both urethane (WW RS) and ABS Plastic (OEM) shouldn't shatter....urethane is pretty flexible/durable and abs plastic is not as flexible but definitely stronger....please post pics for us to see.
I'll get pics up after I get home from work ... I ordered another pair from Handa-accessories so I WILL have an extra driver side 1999 Premium White Side Skirt. If anybody wants it, I can sell it to you for 130 shipped after the whole package comes in
Dood I belive you. The side skirts aren't very strong. But then again I don't expect any side skirt to survive that. Mine has a HUUGE crack running along the side. It mite as well be broken in two lol!

yeah I slammed into a pile of snow (more like ICE) at 30mph ...oh well...if you need a driver side skirt then contact me
those that don't believe it could shatter have to take into consideration that he hit snow/ice, which means it's prolly pretty cold outside, which means it prolly brittle, right?
DAAAmnn.... I didnt belive you but after looking at the pics i take it back. Crap...that thing shattered like glass. How dod you hit it. Did you like slide or hit ...i dunno. Jus strange that a side skirt would shatter but everything else is ok.
