Funny Noise: HELP!

Hey all,

I was wondering about this funny noise I have been hearing every once in a while. I have a MT 2001. When I go to shift and have the clutch engaged I hear this ringing noise when I feather the clutch out particularly in 2 and 3 gear. It sounds like a faint bell or like a washer rattling slightly. Kind of whistle like, but since I know my car I know the noise even being as light as it is. Does any one have a clue what this could be. I have an AEM intake and Thermal exhaust. It seems to be coming from up front and only when I feather the clutch into gear. When I am harder on the shifts I don't hear it. It isn't like the pssst sound from the intake. Thanks in advance. Is it something to worry about???
