Fuel and injector issues

Sup everyone, I'm having a major issue with the RHD Prelude right now and it's getting to the point where I'm going to blow this ***** up if I can't figure it out. I finally got the motor rebuilt and put back in 2 weeks ago, but the injectors aren't firing. Well, yesterday I decieded to toy around with it, and now my fuel pump isn't kicking on and now I'm not getting any power to it. Here's a list of things I've done

-Fuel injectors(obd2) open when I hook it up do a 12v source
-Tried OBD1 injectors w/relay and still nothing
-Fuel pump worked before, but now it doesn't. Tried a stock one and Walbro one and same results
-All main plugs are hooked up in the engine bay
-All ground wires along the firewall and on the side of the block are hooked up and getting a good ground source
-Test the green/orange(fuel pump) wire with the voltage meter and not getting any power
-Running a p28 and hooked it up in my LHD Prelude and the car started up just fine
-Runs using starter fluid
-Main relay is good(tested 2 of them and both are clicking)
-Swapped crank sensors and still nothing
-Timing is TDC
-About to turn this Helms manual into a fire starter since it's not helping me

If anyone else has any ideas of things I should try out, let me know

I had BC cams and springs put in, and port and polish, and the dizzy works. I also forgot to mention that the motor will run only if I spray starter fluid in

damn it's gonna suck if I need to change out the whole harness, but at least I have another Prelude with the harness

Another thing, the check engine light just constantly stays on. I tried hooking up the jumper to see why, but it won't even blink

Also, I finally got the fuel pump to work, so I'm getting fuel to the injectors again but still not spitting out. I'm getting close again, but yet so far

if you have obd2 car and obd1 ecu and If it throws Code 22; to disable it you must connect a wire between pins A4 and D6 on the OBD1 ECU

the engine light also comes if your car runs too rich/thin

It's wierd, cause it all worked perfectly fine for about 2 years before I pulled the motor, so why would it suddenly be acting up after dropping the motor back in?
