That is a behrman front bumper, or some replica of it.

Almost looks completely OEM.
I've never seen a Behrman bumper around these forums..

They are extremely spendy. Front bumpers take a beating on low cars, kinda had to justify the price.

I didn't think they made any bumpers that didn't look horrible..
But to be fair its pretty much the OEM bumper melded with the OEM lip.. still looks nice though.

Isn't that a K20 with custom fabricated mounts? I could be totally wrong.

Those are ITB's on (probably) a K20, which sits the opposite way in the engine bay compared to an H series. ITB's can and have been done on an H series engine, but it's a PITA.

Are ITB's just for show? If you put them on an engine where the IM is facing up (like H22) wouldnt they just be sucking in hot engine bay air?

They have benefits and drawbacks. You do suck up hot air and lose your air filter, but they make for almost instant throttle response. You can get more air into the engine more quickly. Yes, it will be hot air that's possibly full of gravel...but still.
