Front Flange Gasket for Magnaflow 22644 Cat???

The cat on my 97 SH is full of rocks :-) I'm planning to order the magnaflow 22644 cat. I took my old one off today and didn't find a gasket on the front flange (the flange where the 3 sides are NOT the same length). I don't see anywhere for the OE round gasket to sit so maybe I already have an aftermarket cat, not sure. Does the magnaflow cat have a groove or something on the front flange that would accomodate the OE gasket? Or can someone suggest a non-OE gasket that would work with the front flange of the magnaflow cat? I tried local stores and they had the triangular gaskets for the rear flange but not the front. Thanks!

I just got mine. Did yours come with bolts and nuts? Mine only came with a silver ring gasket and a ringed heat plate gasket. I stripped a damn nut trying to get the old cat off. Operation is halted

Mine didn't come with any nuts or bolts. They were definitely rusty and hard to remove. I got lucky and was able to clean up the threads on the one or two I damaged. You can order replacements from online dealers although they aren't cheap. If it's just one or two you might be better off buying in person at the dealer to avoid shipping costs.
