I bought an E-bay fog light kit that included a switch panel that holds the original cruise,etc. switches as well as the fog light switch.NOT HAPPY with the provided harness(I know,I know) so I went to OEM. Anyone want the E-bay panel? pay the shipping costs and it's yours.
Th E-bay switch might work for you or the OEM switch will fit if you trim off the bumps on the inside of the panel's switch hole(slides right in). IM, 724-6543998 or

Someone did a great write-up on fogs install but they eliminated the panel lighting switch; with this you get all four switches.
