Fog light switch stays lit?

Just got done putting in the fogs and the amber color of my switch seems to stay on even when the ignition is in the off position AND all lights are off...Is this normal or what's the deal?

thaaaanks

You wired it to the fusebox wrong. Plug with single fat wire goes to #5 and the other plug goes to #2. Fix this before you start blowing fuses.
