Then again it says they are genuine honda floor mats so they are probably factory mats.

I believe maybe a Honda parts guy can vouch they are discontinued. There is a guy in the f/s section selling front mats. I assume you want oem. You have to find a used set.

OEM mats are still available, you just have to search. There's even a vendor selling OEM tan ones on ebay for < $50.

Mechanicsville, online store on ebay sells the oem mats new, still wrapped inm p;astic. I bought a set form them a few months ago and sent them a best offer and it weas accepted and i got a great deal on them. Again, these mats are OEM new and still sealed in the plastic.
