Do a search for "Prelude Reverse Indiglo" on ebay... I counted about 10 sets a piece for auto and manual... Price? Between 30 and 50 dollars...

Not all Prelude reverse indiglo gauges are created equal.

Where is this guy? Does he not want to share or something thinking that we'll all get reverse indiglo gauges?

sorry people...my internet's been down! Appreciate the feedback and I'll be sure to let you know exctly where i got them from. Gotta look up the guys email address but I did pay around $45 on ebay.
I removed the stock gauges, which means I took out the needles (be ready to have lots of patience to re-calibrate them!)

Because the new gauges have slightly wider holes for the needles the light from the stock bulbs was shinning through in that yellowish light, which didn't look too good, so I bought these little red covers that I put over the stock dash light bulbs.

I also did the same for my A/C control lights... loving it!

Check back to see the seller's email address...I'll have it ASAP!

lata,

Rod

Here's the the seller's email address:

nokia2nokia@hotmail.com

EURO REVERSE Indiglo gauges Prelude 97-01

Total came out to $57.99 (including $7.00 shipping cost)

If you want your needles to shine in red, you have to buy those little red bulb covers and place them over your stock dash bulbs (there should be 5 stock bulbs behind your gauges).

I recommend you save yourself the stress and time and just place the new gauges over your stock ones. The new ones should slide in without you having to remove the needles (i've heard...but never actually tried to do that....i just took off the needles...)

cruzing490 is my aol IM if you have any questions. I'll be glad to help in any way!

By the way, I connected the new gauges to the ignition fuse instead of the fuse for the headlights...reason being, I was afraid i might overload the headlight fuse. This means that the gauges turn on when the car is on, even if my headlights are off. But no worries...these gauge LED's last and last! The needles, however, only turn on when the headlights are on, as usual. But no worries...these gauge LED's last and last!

Lata everyone!

dude, save yourself a lot of time please, and DO NOT REMOVE the needles, you do not need to, I did my indiglos, and my buddy's reverse indiglo's and they are all the same, I know what mean when you said they holes on the gauge do not fit over the stock needle, that is true, but if you play with it for a little while, you will see that the indiglo gauge can be carefully slid under the little black circle that holds the needle in place, allowing you to fit one end of the indiglo over the back of the needle, you just have to make sure you use some strong double stick tape on the back of the indiglos because unlike civic indiglo's preludes dont have a screw to hold them in place from coming up and hitting the needles and then the needle catches your indiglos and it gets stuck, so just put some THIN double stick tape, i suggest golf club grip tape, thats very strong. and I tapped my wire into the headlights and they work fine. let me know if you have any more questions, I am not trying to be a smart ass, just helping you out, i learned the hard way myself. This job can be done this way in about 45 minutes, (w/out taking off the needles)
