factory struts bottoming out

i have a 98 lude with skunk2 coil overs and the factory struts are bottoming out.ordered a set of kyb adjustables and they have mounting brackets on the side for brake line like on the 94-97 accord.also woundering if they will stop me from bottoming out

how much did you drop? haha i knew it was gona happen sooner or later on mine.. so got myself KYB real early... if you drop more than 2" (correct me if i'm wrong) they KYB's will void the warrentee

If you had the Skunk 2s with the stock shocks for a while the shocks probably wore out quicker than with stock springs. The KYBs are designed to work for both 4th and 5th gens and the 4th gens have those brake line brackets stock. The brackets aren't used for the 5th gen. I'm pretty sure the warranty is void after 1.5 inches. I doubt they would fail catastrophically or anything, they'll just wear out quicker than if you put them in with the stock springs.
