Extra stiff clutch pedal

ok so here's the deal, I when I bought this lude that i have last year it came with a stiff clutch. i would probably guess it as a stage 1 or 2. but recently the clutch has gotten stiffer!!! hard to believe but here is what it does. when i start the car and its cold, the clutch is regularly stiff, but as I drive around town and the car warms, the clutch gets even stiffer than normal and the engagement point changes!! So what's the deal?? Should I replace the clutch????

I actually haven't heard of anything like this happening before. Stiffer as it warms up. Kinda weird, hope someone can help you out.

This is a total guess but I'd assume that the spring broke from the disc and its stiff because you're working against it when you push the clutch in. Ever find it really tough to get the car into 1st? Also I wonder if it's been adjusted to work against the problem by the previous owner.

Yea it is tough to get into first, sometimes to the point where I'm grinding and struggling at the light!!!! But I'm going to start disassembling it monday and replace it and just go back to stock.
