So I have a 1997 Honda Prelude , and I was thinking of putting a new exhaust on it because its too quiet . I want one with a deep tone , but loud . And under 300$ . Any suggestions were I could get one ?

A $300 exhaust is more than likely going to be loud, high pitched and crappy. Save up and buy a Hytech replica from Kronn and finish off the exhaust system with a high flow cat, resonator(s), a nice muffler and 3-inch tubing.
