exhaust rattle

My exhaust seems to be rattlin against the heatshield. It's under the car, will taking this out the heatshield cause any problems?

like metal rattling against metal, pretty high pitched. Happens only at low-mid rpm range. It def sounds like the exhaust to me, since i got under the car and shook the exhaust pipe againt the heatshield, and it made similar noise, just not as eratic. i'm guess because i'm shaking it myself and not the car.

Removing the shields is more work than bending them.
You won't be hurting too much but they're there for a reason you know?

I took it out, and what a pain that is... on another note, I tried running it from headers, and wow is it loud.

I tried shifting just for fun, since it was up on blocks. I got to a 100 in less than 5 seconds without coming anywhere close to the redline.
