I had the engine replace last year and my exhaust sounds healthy and clean. But recently it's starting to sound muffled and raspy. Does anyone know what might be the cause of this and how I can fix it hopefully it's not a whole new exhaust system that needs to be changed.

what type of exhaust? what brand?

did you have the cat-back installed or just muffler? what type header? is down pipe OEM?

It might be a leak somewhere. Check underneath around the welds.

The exhaust system is all stock from header back. The leak idea is a good one. I will check for leaks.
