Exhaust Melting Rear Bumper.

It's not melting it drastically at all, or enough for anyone to really take a second glance and have them notice, but my lude is one of the only things I have that I am a stickler over.
It's just where the tip comes out. I recently had my exhaust put on about a month ago. with 2.5" straight pipe (mandrel bent) all the way back to my Vibrant Type-V rear section. I had the header (Megan..I know, I know), by doing the 2.5" Collector mod.
I was just wondering is there anything available for the prelude to stop it? Or am I just going to have to lower it a little?

yeah I had the same problem with my skunk2 exhaust and rs lip kit. I just made the groove on the lip kit, where the exhaust comes out of, bigger by tracing the groove a inch wider with a jig saw. some filing of the rough edges and a little touch up paint you can't even tell the difference.
