exhaust and header question - Honda Prelude Forum

Ok, I am putting stage two crower cams in my 01 SH along with crower cam gears, retainers and springs, v-afc, cai, pulleys, and a muffler from OBX racing. I already have the intake, pullies, and muffler on. will it be very helpful to my cams if i put the catback exhaust on? I know that with a lightly modded lude it is pointless to do exhaust cuz there is no gains at all. so considering it would be good to get the exhaust, then how about a new header? DC sports header a good idea? or am i ok just leaving the stock header on?

EWWWW.

I dont know what i'm talking about..but EVERY LITTLE BIT HELPs.
Plus with Cams you should defenetly get Header and Exhaust to help get rid of exhaust gases
