Exhaust

I'm making my final decision on what I want to do with my exhaust. I've alomst decided to trady my EVO for the Thermal, but I need a little input first. Has anybody ever heard and comapared the sound of the two systems in person??? I'm asking because I want a quieter exhaust with a near stock look, but sound is most important to me now. If the Thermal is quieter I think that is the way I'm going to go. Thanks

thermal is NOT quieter, you can always get an A'pexi silencer and drill a hole in the EVo tip and put it in there. I have heard of people doing this before.

I'm wanting something quieter and a little less noticable. Don't get me wrong, the EVO is an awsome exhaust and the top-end pull is amazing. It is just a little too loud for my taste and I never really liked the large tip (115mm). I also hate it when my friends say that they "heard me comming."
I was wondering about the Thermal b/c the guy at one of the shops said it was a fairly quiet exhaust, and I like the way it looks from other peoples posts. The problem is that I don't know anybody in the KC area that has one for a good comparison.

The Thermal tucks up in the stock body moldings. Very clean look.
