Engine stops "NEED HELP"

Need Help trying to figure out what exactly happen to my 01 lude. Well yesterday nyt I was trying to get to my friends house n my oil light comes on n does'nt even blink like it was suppose to, I was going about 50 mph n only had about 5 mins to go till i get ta ma friends house so then decide to not pull over n keep driving so then the engine completely stops working.

so then i walk out the car n saw a line of oil on the road. I then went to the store n bought 5qrts of oil because my car was bone dry. When I poured the oil in the car then I tried to start it. BUT the car isn't turning over at all. all I hear is the starter solenoid trying to kick in buh wont start. Need Help!

engine is seized. no oil and driving = bearings metal on metal. throw a new engine in it and if the oil light ever comes on again, shut the engine off right away like the owners manual says. don't wait for it to blink, or drive another 5 minutes to your friends house.

LOL, your engine is fried toast. It's completely gone. You will need to tear down the motor and rebuild the bottom end, or more simply buy a new motor. There is no easy fix.
